Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Banjarmasin City Industry and Trade Agency has deployed cooking oil supervisory team to oversee the circulation of cooking oil on the market.
Head of the agency Ichrom Muftezar here on Monday said to anticipate the delinquency and fraudulent attempts by cooking oil traders, the team was deployed.
The team, he said, will monitor traditional and modern markets, including prices and stocks.
"We check all markets in the city, both prices, stocks, and how they sold," he said.
Although no person has found cheating, including attempts to hoarding, said Ichrom, strict and intensive supervision is still being carried out, so that the condition cooking oil commodity in the city returns to normal.
"We have been checking warehouses in Banjarmasin for several times, there was no hoarding," he said.

However, there were allegations of unscruplous traders seling cooking oil on the condition that buyers have to buy other goods, which caught the team's attention, he said.
He appealed to all traders both traditional and modern markets not to bundling goods for cooking oil.
"I hope traders to cooperate, pity the community," he said.
