Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Minister/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto has visited a resident's house in Banjarbaru to directly check the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) Program in South Kalimantan, Thursday (July 13, 2023).
Minister Hadi also met a resident, Marliani, in Mandi Angin Village, Banjar District, South Kalimantan, to directly hand over a land certicate issued through PTSL program.
He asked Marliana whether or not there was an illegal levy practice when applying for land certificate through the program.
The former TNI Commander asked residents to report if there were BPN employees or village officials who asked for a sum of money to residents who applied land certificates through PTSL.
“Alhamdulillah now that Mrs Marliani has already received the certificate, please take good care of it, don't let it fall into the hand of land mafia,” Hadi reminded.
In addition to visiting residents' houses, Hadi Tjahjanto also handed over a waqf certificate for Darul Ilmi Islamic Boarding School in Banjar District.
"The waqf and places of worship certification was a program that I asked all ATR/BPN staff to speed up. Not only for Islamic boarding school, bul also mosque, churches, temples, pagodas and houses of worship where God's name is mentioned,” Hadi said.
Menwhile Marliani said that PTSL program has really helped the community after a long applying for certificates had not been completed.
“Especially that the Minister handed it over to my house, I am very happy and proud. After a long time, I now have a land certificate for my house. I pray that the Minister is healthy in carrying out his duty,” said Marliani.
The ATR/BPN Minister was accompanied by the Governor of South Kalimantan Sahbirin Noor and member of Commission II House of Representatives (DPR) HM Rifqinizami Karsayuda.
