Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Head of South Kalimantan National Land Agency (BPN) Abdul Azis, S.H., M.Kn. attended online ianuguration of 67 structural and functional officials by Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of BPN Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) at Prona Hall, ATR Ministry/BPN Jakarta, Monday (Oct 14, 2024).
The inauguration included middle, primary, administrator, and functional high leadership officials.
Minister AHY congratulated on the new mandate carried out by officials, especially to Dalu Agung Darmawan as Inspector General (Irjen) and Yulia Jaya Nirmawati as Director General (Dirjen) of Agrarian Management.
“Irjen at the ATR Ministry/BPN is a position that requires monitoring and building a good spirit of integrity. One of the biggest challanges of ATR/BPN is not only building narrative, Integrity Zone ecosystem, but transparency, accountability, which are the main foundations and that is what our society hopes for,” said the minister.

He underscored that Integrity Zone as part of Bureaucratic Reform must not just be a slogan, but must be implemented in reality so that people feel the benefits.
“Our products, including land certification, spatial planning, and so on, must really have a positive impact on the people's economy as well as people's social life,” he pointed out.
He also hopes that Director General of Agrarian Management to bring solution to various obstacles in the implementation of two main aspects of Agrarian Reform: Asset Management and Access Management.
“Carry out your duties as well as possible, hopefully our society will increasingly benefit and our country will increasingly benefit from Agrarian Reform, the main of which is Asset and Access Management which are more credible,” said Minister AHY.
To the newly inaugurated heads of provincial BPN, AHY reminded the importance of completing land administration management in each region.
“Finally, to the structural and functional officials, congratulations on your duties once again. Show good performance while continuing to hone yourselves for the next positions and roles. I wish everyone in this room a successful career,” he said.
