Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Regent of Kotabaru H Muhammad Rusli shared happiness by distributing Eid al-Fitr allowances (popularly known as THR) and Eid parcel to 176 cleaning officers and park officers from the district's Environment Office (DLH).
Head of the Environment Office H Maulidiansyah explained that it was a form of appreciation from the Regent to the DLH's field officers.
"We would like to thank the Regent for his attention to our field officers in welcoming Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri. So, today the Regent is giving 176 Eid packages to our field officers for cleaning, waste, parks who work at the final disposal site (TPA), integrated waste processing site (TPST) at the Environment Office," he said in Kotabaru, Tuesday.

The Regent handed over THR and Eid parcel directly as an appreciation for their devotion and dedication in maintaining cleanliness of the Kotabaru to bring it toward Kotabaru Hebat.
He hopes the assistance from the district government will benefit the field officers and encouraged them to be more responsible with their duties.
"It is hoped that they will be more motivated in their daily works, especially during the fasting month and Eid holidays they work extra. Our waste volume increases, so even on Eid they still work," he expounded.
The distribution of THR was welcomed by cleaning and park officers enthusiastically. They expressed their gratitude and thanks for the attention given by Kotabaru Regent.
After the event, Kotabaru Regent posed for a photo with cleaning and park officers. It was a heartwarming sight, the regional government officials and field officer looked so close without any separating distance.
