Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, Deputy Regent Syairi Mukhlis continued his Ramadhan 1446 Hijri safari by distributing staple food assistance in the coastal area of Tanjung Seloka Village, Pulau Laut Selatan Sub-district.
Syairi Mukhlis said that this activity should be an open space for residents of Pulau Laut Selatan Sub-district and Pulau Laut Kepulauan Sub-district to extend various things, concerning development, public services, or problems that exist in the community.
"Together we can find solution and improve the quality of life of community in these two sub-districts," he said in Kotabaru.
He is committed to keep on supporting programs that benefit the community.
"Let us make this Ramadan a momentum to care more for each other, sharing happiness and support each other in building this region," he said.
In addition to distributing staple food, Deputy Regent also handed over house renovation assistance for 5 recilients, Kotabaru Health Cards for 4 people, scholarships for 4 people, distribution of food reserve for 1 recipent and village internet service for two recipents.
