Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Kotabaru Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) introduces SIMTARU, a spatial information system app.
"This apps is launched to provide easiness to the public, both individual or business entities, regarding information, if they want to build a business place," said Head of Kotabaru PUPR Suprapti Tri Astuti here, Monday.
Through this, people get the access to information about spatial planning to suit the business place they want or the existing business place they have.
"With SIMTARU, the public knows which areas do not violate the rule that have been established based on the current law," she said.

She expounded that SIMTARU app is the first version created, so there may still be shortcoming in it, perhaps some information cannot be accessed, but it is expected to be useful for the people of the Kotabaru Regency.
Head of Spatial Planning of PUPR Obet Tarukallo said that the app is not only as a medium of information, but people can check the suitability of space with their business.

The launching of the app was attended by sub-district heads throughout Kotabaru, the Kotabaru Business Entities Association, and other invited guests.
