Banjarbaru, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - PT Angkasa Pura I Syamsudin Noor Airport distributes social funds (CSR) of Rp3.4 billion for environmental and capital development.
PT Angkasa Pura I Syamsudin Noor General Manager Indah Preastuty in Banjarbaru on Wednesday said the biggest absorption of CSR funds was the capital loan for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
"The SME capital loan is Rp2.5 billion and community development is Rp990 million. It all serves as a form of corporate social responsibility to the community and supports government programs," she said.
She said all assistance had been channeled through the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) followed by entrepreneurship training for fostered partners on Tuesday (18/12).
The priority program for environmental development during 2018 is the health sector in the form of mobile health services with the realization of Rp250 million submitted to the Banjarbaru Health Agency.
"While the partnership program is mostly channeled to the rubber plantation sector with the realization of Rp1 billion loan and Rp600 million in the trade sector," she said.
Since 1992, PT Angkasa Pura Syamsudin Noor Airport has built partnerships with small and medium entrepreneurs in South Kalimantan and 1,264 partners have received PKBL funds.
Mayor Banjarbaru Nadjmi Adhani thanked PT Angkasa Pura for its assistance and participation in providing guidance to the community in the city.
"The assistance provided by Angkasa Pura is very important and useful and this assistance has been right on target, according to the needs of the community and is expected to be further improved next year," he said.
