Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry (Kemen PAN-RB) assessed that the Public Service Mall (MPP) of Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan, during 2023 has a remarkably good rating based on the results of monitoring and evaluation (monev).
"Alhamdulillah (Thank God), Banjarbaru MPP achieved an excellent rating based on monev of PAN-RB Ministry. All of this is the hard work of DPMPTS and other SKPDs in providing excellent bureaucratic services," Mayor Muhammad Aditya Mufti Ariffin remarked, Friday.
The success of the City of Banjarbaru in achieving excellent title is stated in the Decree on the Results of Monitoring and Evaluation of the Implementation of MPP 2023 signed by PAN-RB Minister Abdullah Azwar Anas.
Banjarbaru's MPP, which is managed by the Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) was declared to have met the specified assessment indicators and was in a remarkably good category with a score range of 76.6 - 88.3.

This achievement was actually being prepared during the leadership of Mayor Aditya. Banjarbaru MPP was required to innovate in public services in order to achieve public satisfaction.
"We ask the MPP to become the backbone to encourage the implementation of public services that have an impact on the people of South Kalimantan in general," he pointed out.
Aditya reminded that the use of digital technology, easy, fast, affordable, and integrated service accessibility, all must be in MPP. Don't let people become confused and have trouble in getting administration services in Banjarbaru.
The Banjarbaru MPP, he admitted, need to continue to be improved considering one of its crucial role is supporting the progress of investment sector in the capita of South Kalimantan.
"As is known, investment in Banjarbaru City in 2022 has jumped very high with an increase of 496 percent. This means that Banjarbaru has a great potential to continue to grow," he said.
He said that the Banjarbaru City Government through PMPTSP Service must be able to attract investors to come, but this must be balanced with excellent services to the public.
