Batulicin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Regent of Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan, Andi Rudi Latif urged all officials and stakeholders of regional development to prioritize development planning that have a direct impact on the community.
The Regent made his remarks when opening the Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) for the 2026 Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) at the Mahligai Bersujud Building, Simpang Empat Sub-district.
"Musrenbang is a mandate from Home Affairs Minister's Regulation No. 86 of 2017. The aim is to agree on regional development priorities, programs, activities, and align them with the provincial development and district authority," he said.
He also emphasized the importance of making the development planning meeting for the regional government work plan as a strategic event. He invited all stakeholders to unite vision and mission, especially in strengthening the direction of the Tanah Bumbu development to be advanced, prosperous, and civilized.

He stressed several points here, including to make musrenbang the highest forum to collect aspiration as well as to formulate solution of various problems of the development.
Sharpening all proposals and inputs with priority scale approach that is in line with vision and mission of the 2025-2030 Regent and Deputy Regent, as well as the theme of 2026 RKPD, accelerating economic growth and competitiveness through improving the quality education, skills, and job availability, food securty, and health services.
To prioritize efficiency and effectiveness of outcome-based budgets, so that every program truly has a direct impact on the community.
The Regent again reminded all levels of the district government to pay attention to the minimum standards of service, key performance indicators, and indicators of sustainable development goals (SDGs).
He also stengthened approach based on concrete data and collaboration with all stakeholders so that development continue to increase from yeara to year.
"2026 is an important momentum. We must act together, synergize across sectors, and actively involve the community for a better Tanah Bumbu," he said.
