Martapura, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Banjar Regent Khalilurrahman received placard from South Kalimantan Governor Sahbirin Noor for the appreciation of his goverment's financial report winning the highest grade of WTP (unqualified opinion) for six times consecutively.
The placard was delivered at the 2019 Coordination Meeting of Regional Heads Across South Kalimantan held at the Hall of Ideham Chalid, Governor's office in Banjarbaru, Thursday (Oct 11, 2019).

"We are happy and proud to accept placards from the governor and ready to defend the WTP we have been won six times in a row," the regent said after receiving the plaque.

The coordination meeting of regional heads across South Kalimantan was held in a bid to build synergy among them to focus in the fields of health, social, women and children, and people quality of life.
The aim was to realize the independent and foremost of South Kalimantan, while its people have a better quality of life and health a well as having improvement in the field of economy and social welfare.
Governor said the presence of all regional heads in the coordination meeting will boost a better synergy among central, provincial, as well as district and city government.
"The regional head coordination meeting this time more focus in the field of health, education, and women empowerment and children protection," he said in his remark.

He emphasized that the program prioritised in reducing infant mortality, to lower early marriage, and to increase the average of school perior, and to prevent forest and land fire.
At the same moment, the governor delivered trophy to the best performance among city and district, namely the best 1 Tanah Bumbu, the best 2 North Hulu Sungai, and the best 3 South Hulu Sungai.
