Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Regent of Kotabaru H Muhammad Rusli emphasized the quick, accurate, and transparent services in processing population documents, such as KTP or ID card, KK (family card), and akta kelahiran (birth certificate).
The Regent pointed it out as he accompanied by Chairwoman of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Movement Team (TP-PKK) Suci Anisa visited the Kotabaru Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) to directly review public services here.
Head of the Disdukcapil Saidi Rizani thanked the Regent for the visit and direction, and committed to continuing making improvement and innovation to improve services for the public.

"We will continue to support the Kotabaru Regent's "One Hour Service Completed' program from currently one day service. This is still new, and it is hoped that by maximizing the services if it runs well everything can be completed in 15-30 minutes as we expect, so we will be faster, more effective in serving the public," he said here, Monday.
Kotabaru Regent was warmly welcomed by the Head of Disdukcapil and his staff. He took the time to have a dialogue with the staff and residents who were being served by population administration.
He also gave direction for Disdukcapil to continue to innovate and improve the quality of public services.
His visit ended with direct review of several service counters and workspace of Disdukcapil employees with the hope of motivating them to continue to work with high dedication and professionalism in serving the people of Kotabaru.
