Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Cement maker PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk in its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB or EGMS) has appointed Sunnira Ly to replace David Jonathan Clarke as member of the Board of Directors.
Indocement Corporate Secretary Dani Handajani said that on September 27, 2024 the company had received a letter of resignation from Indocement Director David Jonathan Clarke for the reason of assignments elsewhere.
"So, RUPSLB (or EGMS) was held to accept and approve the resignation and appoint Sunnira Ly to replace David Jonathan Clarke as member of the Board of Directors as of the closing of this meeting, for the remainder of David Jonathan Clarke's term of office," he said in a press release received here on Thursday (Dec 5, 2024).
The composition of Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors applies from the closing of RUPSLB until the closing of 2026 annual shareholders meeting (RUPST), which will be held in 2027, except for Roberto Callieri who will end at the closing of 2025 RUPST (AGM) to be held in 2026.
He expounded that Sunnira Ly who will end at the closing of 2024 RUPST (AGM) to be held in 2025 as follows:
