Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) starting his working visit to Central Kalimantan by visiting the Palangka Raya City Land Office, Thursday (June 27, 2024).
He went around inspecting the entire room and greeted the ranks of the land office.
Minister advised the ranks of the Palangka Raya City Land Office to assure that the Detailed Spatial Planning Plan (RDTR) carried out by the regional government runs according to the target.
“RDTR is very important and is really needed by investors to develop their business in Central Kalimantan, so we have to pursue it well, in collaboration with other stakeholders," he said as released by South Kalimantan BPN in Banjarbaru, Friday.

He also encouraged the acceleration of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. "Then we continue to pursue PTSL target. We hope that the Palangka Raya City will have Complete City status, which means all areas in particular has been mapped, well recorded, reducing the potential of conflicts and closing chances for land mafia practices,” he said after the visit.
The visit to land offices and BPN Offices throughout Indonesia aims to assures that the ATR Ministry/BPN's policies are running well. AHY also wants to hear directly about the problems and challanges faced by the regional officials in carrying out strategic programs.
“For me, the fastest way to deal with the problems is by visiting directly. Nothing can replace direct face-to-face dialogue. At the same time, I can measure wether the central policies have been implemented well,” he said.
Palangka Raya City Land Office employees were also encouraged to always provide the best services to the community.
