Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) has arrived at the Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangka Raya City, last Thursday.
He was visiting the Bumi Tambun Bungai (Central Kalimantan) to open the 7th Borneo Forum to be held the day after.
“This forum is important as we certainly strive to increase palm oil productivity throughout Indonesia, including in Central Kalimantan. We hope through a forum like this various solution related to land and spatial planning can be presented,” said Minister AHY after landing at the Tjilik Riwut Airport as informed in a press release by South Kalimantan BPN in Banjarbaru, Thursday.
He hopes that a clean and clear spatial and land can realize investment guarantees and ease business climate.

“We hope that the planters and palm oil productivity will increase significantly to finally improve the people's economy,” he said.
ATR Minister/BPN Head has also made a series of visits, includng to Palangka Raya City Land Office, handing over land e-certificate to the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, as well distributing certificates of waqf land and places of worship.
The activities took place at the central Kalimantan Governor office attended by the Governor and the province's Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda).
Minister AHY then went directly to Petuk Katimpun Urban Village, Palangka Raya city, to distribute 12 certificates resulted from Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program.
Minister AHY was accompanied by Minister Expert Staff for Community Participation and Regional Government Yulia Jaya Nirmawati, Special Staff and Minister Expert Staff, and Head of the Public Relation of ATR Ministry/BPN. They were welcomed by Head of Central Kalimantan BPN Office Elijas B. Tjahajadi, Governor representatives and Forkopimda.
