Banjarbaru, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Banjarbaru City residents now have the facility to easily print e-ID or KTP-e or other population documents using an automated machine for population service called Anjungan Dukcapil Mandiri (ADM).
Mayor HM Aditya Mufti Ariffin here on Thursday said his government launched the ADM and placed it in the Public Service Mall (MPP) of the Banjarbaru One-Stop Service Office.
"The launching is carried out by deputy mayor and this service facility is a Banjarbaru's 22nd birthday present. We hope the ADM to be maximally used," he said.
The facility, which is aid from the Ministry of Home Affairs, he said, is a form of the city government commitment to provide prime population service for all residents of the city.
He thanked the Director of Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration Handayani Ningrum, who attended the launching.
"We are grateful to the director as well as Head of the Banjarbaru Civil Registry and Population Agency (Disdukcapil) Fatma Karmailita who succeeded in realizing ADM as the only service in South Kalimantan, making it easier for the community," he said.

Deputy Mayor Wartono hopes the presence of the ADM will make it fast for the public to obtain population services, including KTP and other documents.
"The applicant only needs to fill out the form online. If it is complete, come to ADM at MPP to print an ID card or other population documents. Everything will be easier and hopefully, it will run smoothly," he said.
