Back acupressure practitioner and trainer Basuki Abdurrahman explained that it is an effective, easy, natural alternative treatment method with no side effects.
"God willing (Insya Allah), back acupressure is beneficial for heart health, strokes, asthma, seizures, and other ailments," he assured.
Basuki explained that back acupressure, covers both serious and minor ailments, including heart complaints, strokes, hypothermia, asthma, poisoning, difficulty urinating, and so on, using finger acupressure.

The back is the center of nerves and of congestion, thus it is essentially the main terminal for blood flow. The simple theory is that "a disease will occur if blood flow is disrupted, and the center of blood circulation is in the back."
"With God's permission, almost all illnesses can be treated with back acupressure. From minor ailments like coughs, colds, and flu, to more serious illnesses like diabetes, cancer, and stroke," he said.
Basuki hoped that what was conveyed to the participants would be understood and applied to their families and the surrounding community, so that the knowledge gained would benefit those around them.
