Barabai, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Central Hulu Sungai (HST) Police rank delivered rice aid from the South Kalimantan Provincial Police to residents afflicted by the floods.
"The aid totaling two tons will be distributed to residents affected by the floods," said HST Police Chief AKBP Danang Widaryanto through Chief of Crime Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) AKP Dany Sulistiono, Saturday (Jan 16, 2021) in Barabai.

According to him, the aid comes in stages and one ton has come and to be immediately distributed to public kitchens and flood command posts.
"Today we hand it over to residents in Labuan Amas Utara and Labuan Amas Selatan Sub-districts also around the Pagat Police dormitory," he said.
He hopes although the assistance is not much, at least it can ease the burden on residents afflicted by floods and increase logistics supplies at the evacuation posts.
