Banjarmasin , South Kalimantan ( Antaranews ) - Member of South Kalimantan Legislative Council (DPRD), Ibnu Sina, regretted the plan to sell Syamsudin Noor Airport apron.
"Sales of the apron, which is an asset of South Kalimantan provincial government, will be eliminating the potential for local revenue," said the young politician of PKS in Banjarmasin on Friday.
According to member of Commission III DPRD on infrastructure development , by selling the apron, Government will lose Rp1,4 billion in revenue per year.
"Moreover, asset sales plan that uses a land area of ​​16 hectares was just valued the same as the price of land acquired by PT Angkasa Pura in the development of the passenger terminal. Means that the overall value of only about Rp40 billion," he said.
He suggested, the asset should considered as equity, resulting in potential revenue areas still exist, as well as ensuring property rights of South Kalimantan provincial government.
Syamsuddin Noor Airport apron sales plan have to go through DPRD approval, as they relate to the elimination of South Kalimantan provincial government owned assets.
