Marabahan, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Regent Barito Kuala (Batola), South Kalimantan, Hj Noormiliyani AS said the district administration has realized Rp1, 22 trillion or 102.48 percent revenue in its 2017 budget (APBD).
"Spending and tranfers amounted to Rp1.15 trillion more, resulting in a surplus of Rp70,77 billion more," said Regent Hj Noormiliyani AS in Marabahan.
While financing receipts, according to her, amounted to Rp73, 68 billion, financing expenditure Rp28, 14 billion, so that the net financing was Rp45,53 billion.
Of this amount, she explained, there is unused funds (Silpa) amounting to Rp116.31 billion, which is used to support the budget assistance for the construction of irrigation system of swampy rice field in 2018 in Jejangkit Subdistrict with an extent of 4,000 hectares.
The final cash balance, she mentioned, Rp116.31 billion, final balance in local treasury (BUD) amounting to Rp112.16 billion and cash in Regional Public Service Agency amounting toRp2.58 billion.
Furthermore, said the regent, the cash position in the national health insurance Rp1,17 billion and the position of cash funds of Education Agency Rp383,53 million.
She said the balance sheet of 2017 shows the value of the Barito Kuala Government's wealth as of December 31, 2017 consisting of current assets, long-term investments, fixed assets, reserves and other assets equivalent to Rp2.08 trillion more.
Meanwhile, if it is associated with the duties of the districts government, she explained, both short-term and long-term must be allocated Rp44,44 billion more.
"Thus, if the liabilities and equity of funds are to be finalized then the value is equal to the asset value, which is Rp2.08 trillion more," she said.
