Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Residents of Citraland Banjarmasin make a claim against the luxury housing management for the reason it does not fulfill its promise to build public facilities and social facilities.
"This letter of harsh reprimand is directed to the President Director of PT Ciputra Development in Jakarta as a group of companies that manage Citraland Banjarmasin with copies to the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), the Regent of Banjar, Real Estate Indonesia, and other related parties," said lawyer Dr H Fauzan Ramon SH MH here, Wednesday.
According to him, the notice with the signature of 80 residents, including himself who has been living here for six years, is the culmination of the pique that has been felt.
"Since 2014 we the original homeowners have questioned the uncertainty about when to build public facilities and social facilities, but it seems there is no good faith from management until it has never been taken seriously by realizing it," said the famous lawyer in South Kalimantan.
Fauzan revealed elite housing residents belonging to the leading developer on Jalan Ahmad Yani Km 7.8, Banjar District, South Kalimantan, was felt lied from the initial promotion since buying a dwelling.
"We were promised with public facilities, such as mosques, recreation of swimming pools and green open spaces and other supporting facilities to fulfill the comfort of residents, but the fact is until now even the laying of the first stone was never there," he said.
Citraland residents are increasingly inflamed, because the housing management is in fact more prioritize the development of Ciputra Mitra Hospital and Mitra Kasih Primary School Foundation which is considered business oriented alone.
"Hospitals and schools are not included in the promotion of housing, and instead override the obligation to provide public facilities, moreover we are disturbed many now people are driving vehicles at high speed when heading to school or hospital to endanger the inhabitants," said Fauzan.
In addition, residents also deplore the damaged public roads until waterlogged when rain falls.
