Banjarmasin, S Kalimatan (ANTARA) - Banjarmasin Polytechnic (Poliban) in South Kalimantan appeared to become the overall champion of the 10th International Business Administration Competition (IBAC) 2024, which was held in Banjarmasin.
"This is a new history for our campus to be overall champion of IBAC," said Poliban Director Joni Riadi here on Thursday (Oct 31, 2024).
Poliban won the general champion after winning 1st place in three competitions at IBAC, which took place 28-31 October 2024.
The competition won by Poliban contingent were Web Design Competition won by Muhammad Zulkifli, Master of Ceremony by Aulia Rahmi and Business Data Processing Competition by Muhammad Fajar Nuzuli.
"Our three students have achieved these extraordinary achievements," he said.

IBAC 2024 competes nine competitions, six on national scale, namely secretarial competition, filing competition, meeting plan competition, typing speed competition, master of ceremony competition, and business data processing competition.
Three other competitions were on international scale, they were business plan competition, web design competition, and business presentation competition.
Riadi said, as many as 158 participants from vocational varsities in Indonesia took part in the competition.
"(Including) participants from abroad, one of them from Malaysia, attended the competition virtually," he expounded.
Riadi said as a host of the competition he expressed his gratitude to all participants in this event, where Poliban has tried its best for the success of the event.
"Poliban's victory is the result of hard work of the entire team and full support from campanions. This achievement shows that Poliban students are able to compete both in national and international events, not only having superior abilities, but also extraordinary creativity," said Riadi.
He hopes this achievement to inspire other students to continue to increase their achievements and dare to compete.
Trophy for the overall champion handed over by Chairman of Indonesian Polythecnics Forum for Chairs of Business Administration Dr. Primadona to Director of Poliban Joni Riadi, accompanied by Chair of Poliban Business Administration Mey Risa.
