Banjarmasin, S Kalimatan (ANTARA) - Banjarmasin Polytechnic (Poliban) in South Kalimantan held the 10th International Business Administration Competition (IBAC) which was attended by hundreds of participants from polytechnic in Indonesia.
Poliban Director Joni Riadi appreciated politechnics in Indonesia to take part in IBAC 2024 which took place October 28-31, 2024 in Banjarmasin City.
He said the IBAC 2024 reflects the progress of vocational education in busness administration department to produce competent resources and ready to face global challanges.
"This competition also demonstrates technological advances in business administration science," he said.

IBAC 2024 competes nine competitions, six on national scale, namely secretarial competition, filing competition, meeting plan competition, typing speed competition, master of ceremony competition, and business data processing competition.
Three other competitions were on international scale, they were business plan competition, web design competition, and business presentation competition.
Banjarmasin Mayor H Ibnu Sina represented by Assistant 1 for Government and People's Welfare Machli Riyadi ensured the city government support for IBAC 2024 to run smoothly and successfully.
As the city renowned as the city of a thousand rivers with the tourism icon being Martapura river, he said that all participants could enjoy the beauty of Banjarmasin City, which is now 498 years old.
Banjarmasin government hopes that from here scientific theories will be created, especially in business administration to develop the country.
