Barabai, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The District Government of Central Hulu Sungai (HST), South Kalimantan, won the 2023 nationally sixth best public service performance from all districts and cities in Indonesia.
HST Deputy Regent Mansyah Sabri here on Thursday said the award, with a prime category index (4.52), was recevied symbolicaly from Governor of South Kalimantan Sahbirin Noor.
“Based on the State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Minister's Decree No. 795 concerning the results of 2023 Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Performance (PEKPPP) in 2023, HST government was ranked sixth nationally,” he said.

The Results of PEKPPP within the HST government, Labuan Amas Utara Sub-district achieved an index of 4.46 (A-), Social, Population Control and Family Planning Agency 4.42 (A-), and the Regional Hospital of Haji Damanhuri Barabai ahieved an index of 4.67 (A).
“Thus, the HST government getting an average index of 4.52 (A),” he said.
Mansyah hopes the achievement to further encourage spirit and motivation of the State Civil Appratus (ASN) to improve the quality of service to the public.
Governor Sahbirin Noor expressed his appreciation to the Regency Government of HST for the achievement and accomplishment achieved both provincilly and nationally.
The provincial government, he said, is commiited to implement bureacratic reform consistently and sustainably. One of them is by givng appreciation to government agencies that have exceled in providing quality public services.
”I invite all regional apparatus, either provincial, districts and cities to always committed to realizing clean democracy in providing the best service to the people of South Kalimantan,” said Sahbirin.
