Barabai, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The District Government of Central Hulu Sungai (HST), South Kalimantan, has launched four public service innovations to expedite development in the district.
“I ask all government agencies (SKPDs) to optimally apply all these ideas and innovations and improve the quality of service to the public,” said Regent Aulia Oktafiandi in Barabai, HST, Monday.
The four innovations, he said, include the regional information system (Si Indah), financial transaction information system (Sasirangan), online tax services (Papadaan), and quick-response team to help residents (Tiger Banua).
“There have been many innovation and ideas of public services launched by SKPDs, all work optimally,” he said.
Aulia expounded that these innovation were launched as a form of commitment of the regional government to work together in all sectors to advance the district.
He appealed to all SKPDs to maintain unity and work ethic to carry out various tasks and responsibilities that must be completed.
The Regent emphasized the for SKPDs to contemplate and evaluate their performance so far, to strengthen the spirit of togetherness in order to provide the best service to the public.
The evaluation was carried out by showing videos of all SKPDs' innovations and ideas during 2023, as well as handing over awards and assistance to the state civil apparatus (ASN).
On that occasion, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Baznas HST and Islamic high school MAN 1 HST on optimizing the collection of zakat, infaq, and alms.
