Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Banjarmasin City Police is preparing a motorcycle as a prize to draw public enthusiasm to participate in the COVID-19 vaccination.
"We draw it every week for the next three weeks from December 13 to January 2, 2022," said the City Police Chief Sr Comr (Kombes) Rachmat Hendrawan, Tuesday.
Not only motorbike, but other prizes are also prepared, such as washing machine, refrigerator, television, and other door prizes.
Rachmat invites people who have not been vaccinated to immediately come to vaccination centers in Banjarmasin City to be vaccinated and get a chance to win the prizes.
"In addition to being healthy to protect themselves from COVID-19 transmission, vaccination also provides prizes for the lucky ones," he said.

The Chief Police admitted that currently, the city is accelerating vaccination to meet the target of 80 percent of citizens receiving vaccines by the end of the year.
Thus it takes hard work and joint synergy of all elements to help local government to achieve the coverage target.
"We TNI-Polri provide vaccination services every day. Please, for people who have not been vaccinated, let's make this vaccination program a success so that the pandemic ends soon," he said.
