Pertamina Tanjung Hospital Screening detects 1 PDP

Tanjung, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Health examination or screening at the Pertamina Tanjung Hospital detected one person to be categorized Patient Under Surveillance (PDP) with light category.

Spokesperson of the Tabalong COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Taufiqurrahman Hamdie said, currently there are a total of 5 PDP in the district, namely three in Tanta Sub-district and one in Murung Pudak and one in Muara Harus sub-district.

"An additional of one light PDP was detected in a screening at the Pertamina Hospital and is currently undergoing an independent quarantine," Taufik said.

Previously, one positive patient from a coal mine worker inTabalong was declared recovered after undergoing treatment at the  Ulin Regional Hospital in Banjarmasin.

While one other positive COVID-19 patient from Muara Harus is still being treated at the same hospital.

Taufik stated ealier that rapid tests had been carried out on dozens of Persons Under Monitoring (ODP) and 200 more completed their term of monitoring.

Rapid test were also done on 40 medical workers who had direct contact with cs corona positive patient.

Meanwhile, the number of ODP in the district continues to decrease from 100 people down to 90. Most ODP in Tanta Sub-district 20 people and 16 in Murung Pudak.
