Batulicin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Regent of Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan, Zairullah Azhar, visited Teluk Kepayang Sub-district in order to strengthen One Village On Mosque (SDSM) program.
"The Regent on this occasion handed over mushaf (copies) of Al-Qur’an to all village heads in the sub-district," said Head of Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Coding Office Al Husain Mardani in Batulicin, Saturday.
The regional government, he pointed out, is committed to building young generation who are successful and have good morals.

Through the SDSM program, he underscored, our children can be successful. "We hope this program ca create a society that is blessed by Allah Subhanahu WaTaala and prosperous," he said.
On that occasion, the Regent also recalled the long journey in building Tanah Bumbu.
He said thanks to prayers and hard work, now the Tanah Bumbu Regional Budget (APBD) has increased to IDR5 trillion, compared to previously IDR3 trillion.
"With SDSM program, it is hoped that each village will have a religious center that is active in guiding young generation toward success. This program is also in line with the Regent's vision of building a religious and prsperous Tanah Bumbu," said Husain.
