Martapura, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Banjar Resort Police under the command of Adj Sr Comr (AKBP) Takdir Mattanete won a prestigious award from the Indonesian Record Museum (MURI) and the Indonesian World Achievement Institute (Leprid).
The awards were given for the success of carrying out the three-language speech competition with the highest number of participants and the achievements of the initiator of the record of traffic safety declarations with the most students.
The award was received by the Chief of Police on the sidelines of the 2019 Millennial Road Safety Festival (MRSF) held by the South Kalimantan Regional Police in the South Kalimantan provincial government office area on Sunday (17/3).
According to the Chief of Police, the award was inseparable from the active role of all layers of the Banjar Regency community in supporting each activity of the Banjar Police.
"We thank you because without community support, participating in the success of each of the activities that we hold, we will not be able to be here to receive this extraordinary award," said the police chief.
He hopes that the award can increase the enthusiasm of the Banjar Police personnel to continue working and continue to embrace the community in every activity.
