Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Japin Malenggang Banua dance by Drs Heriyadi Haris will enliven the National News Agency (LKBN) Antara South Kalimantan award ceremony for partners of regional heads, namely the governor and regents/mayors.
The creative dance that won at the international japin dance festival in 2012 in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, was presented as a series of the 81st anniversary of LKBN Antara which will be held in Mahligai Pancasila, Banjarmasin, Wednesday.
Japin Malenggang Banua's dance in the synopsis is a dance that describes the hospitality of the Galuh-Galuh (girls) Banjar in daily interactions. They play, chat, always within the customary limits of reasonable manners.
This dance was worked out by combining the elements of the japin movement in South Kalimantan, then being sterilized in accordance with the needs of the dance work performed.
This dance performance will be witnessed by LKBN Antara President Director Meidyatama Suryodiningrat, South Kalimantan Governor H Sahbirin Noor as well as regents and mayors throughout South Kalimantan.
In addition, there are also LKBN Antara working partners from both State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), local and national companies in South Kalimantan.
