Rantau, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The government of Tapin District, South Kalimantan, distributed as many as 5,193 land ownership certificates to residents and institutions to strengthen legal certainty and encourage economic growth in the district.
Acting Tapin Regent Muhammad Syarifuddin here on Wednesday said the land certificates were divided into 4,200 certificates through Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program, 54 certificates for fisheries sector, 146 certificates for small and micro business, and 750 land redistribution certificates.
Syarifuddin pointed out the local government is committed to continuing this land certificate program for both the community and regional government assets.

He hopes through the handover of land certificates economic development and public confidence in public services to increase.
Head of Tapin Land Office Sumiyati said that the office targets 2,500 more certificates to be completed and will be distributed to the public by 2025.
She ensured that this program will continue to create sustainable community prosperity.
Not only for the community, the certificates also include assets belong to the regional government. "This indicates a joint commitment in managing assets so they are legally and administratively more order,” said Sumiyati.
