Barabai Expo features culinary and SMEs's products

Barabai, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Acting Regent Central Hulu Sungai (HST) H A Chairansyah released a balloon, while the Chairwoman of TP PKK Hj Ernawati cut the ribbon to mark the inauguration of the Barabai Expo in Dwi Warna Field on Friday (12/21).

The exhibition stands provide many regional specialties and very tempting, so when reviewing the location some of officials of the Muspida elements tasting it.

PKK stands, for example, served fried meatball sticks but made of kolang kaling, which of course are different from meatball sticks and chicken ball.

Head of the Trade Agency HM Yuserani said the expo lasted for one week from 21 to 27 December 2018.

All government agencies take part in the expo. In addition to serving culinary, they displayed the results of the development and progress of each agency which supports the district vision and mission.

"In addition, 120 SMEs participated in displaying their superior products. It was expected that there would be a large transaction to increase the income and welfare of the SMEs," he said.

HA Chairansyah said the expo was an attempt to enliven the 59th anniversary of the HST which fell on December 24th.

"Hopefully through this expo, the community can see the programs that have been successful and achieved by the HST Government as well as info regarding services to the community," he said.
