Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The District Court (PN) of Banjarbaru conducted a trial at the location of the land dispute for the development project of Syamsudin Noor Airport whose case continues to roll.
"The trial at this location is to see the disputed land being sued by the plaintiff. So the panel of judges see the stakes shown by the parties," said the Chief of the Panel of Judges Vivi Indrasusi Siregar in Banjarbaru, Wednesday.
She explained that checking the land boundary does not mean stating the owner. But only as input for the panel of judges.
Present at the hearing were plaintiff Iwan Sardjono through his attorney Dr. H Fauzan Ramon SH MH and the defendants, namely PT Angkasa Pura I as defendant I, Yusuf Maryoto defendant II and Head of the Banjarbaru Land Agency as defendant IV. While Defendant III the Banjarbaru Land Acquisition Committee (TP2T) was not present.
"The next trial is scheduled in the PN with the witnesses examination agenda submitted by the plaintiff," Vivi explained accompanied by member judges Wilgania Ammerilia and Rechtika Dianita.
While Fauzan Ramon asked the panel of judges to confiscate a guarantee that the project at the location of his client's land to be stopped before a court decision.
"It is not that we are blocking government projects. We strongly support airport development. But do not ignore the rights of the people over land that has been seized without compensation to the legal owners of the land," he stressed.
