Kotabaru, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Kotabaru Administration has received Rp6.5 billion from the central government to improve access to drinking water, sanitation, and to eliminate slums.
Head of Kotabaru Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning H Akhmad Rivai here on Tuesday said the fund will be used in two sub-district installations (IKK),
"The two IKKs are IKK Hampang in Hampang Subdistrict and IKK Pudi in North Kelumpang Subdistrict," he said.
In seeking for a breakthrough and commitment to the success of the 100-0-100 program (100 percent safe drinking water access, 0 percent slum, and 100 percent access to proper sanitation), he remarked, his agency strives to get funds from the center.
So in 2018 Kotabaru gets the activity of construction of piping and accessories network in Hampang and North Kelumpang area with a value of Rp6.5 billion.
To maximize the allocation of funds, the agency improves breakthroughs and coordination with related institutions, as well as beneficiary communities.
