Head of Housing and Settlement Agency A Fanani Syaifuddin at the council building on Monday said the Rp3 billion budget is in line with the remaining compensation fund for land and buildings.
In Muara Kelayan, the government will build a low-cost rental apartment (rusunawa) and siring or river embankment of Martapura River, while the release of land in Jalan RK Ilir is to build an access road to the Sultan Suriansyah Hospital its own.
In Muara Kelayan, he said, there are only nine more buildings left to be released from all 175 buildings.
"Actually, the building owners in Muara Kelayan want to receive compensation, but the city government was forced to postpone it because there is a problem with the verification of ownership," said A Fanani.
For example, he explained, claimers to the land lost original documents, while others are still in dispute, and some are stuck in the bank.
While the land acquisition process in RK Ilir faced the situation, the building owners asked to be paid all their land, even though they did not have the land ownership certificate.
In order this problem not to long drawn out, he said, then the city government take consignment step or entrust the compensation to the District Court (PN) of Banjarmasin.
"We are also urged to immediately carry out the acquittal, so we have made a request to the court to immediately decide," he said.
