Batulicin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Tanah Bumbu government-owned water company PT Air Minum Bersujud (Perseroda) is encouraging transformation of services from conventional to digital system.
"To achieve that, we prepare human resources by attending Digital Innovation Rise of The Digital Water Utility seminar at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC)," said PT AMS Director Ardiansyah.
PT AMS, he said, continues to be committed to improve public service quality. In the 2025-2030 development vision, one of strategic steps is to realize adaptive, serving, and accountable governance.

The digital innovation seminar encourages water companies in the regions, especially PT AMS to develop innovation to facilitate services to customers.
One of the participants, PT AMS Branch Satui Manager Eko Prihandono said that the seminar provided references for digitalization of drinking water services in the region.
"We expect a maximum service to the public, especially the availability or drinking water and clean water. This seminar provides many references for more effective digitalization of services," he pointed out.
The seminar presented various trusted speakers from Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and a number of Indonesia companies as role models for digitalization of drinking water companies.
