Batulicin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The district government of Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan Province, receives two awards from The National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN).
"First is the second best in South Kalimantan for information security maturity, and second is the third fastest district/city in South Kalimantan in establishing CSIRT/cyber incident response team (TTIS)," said the Regent of Tanah Bumbu Andi Rudi Latif.
The Regent, represented by Al Husain Mardani, Head of Tanah Bumbu Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Cryptography Office, here on Wednesday said that the award is not merely a symbolic, but a tangible results of hard work and commitment in building a secure and responsive information system against cyber threats.

He said this acievement is align with the Tanah Bumbu's development vision for 2025–2030's, realizing adaptive, service-oriented and accountable governance.
The achievement of nearly perfect maturity level in handling cyber incidents showed the readiness of Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) of Tanah Bumbu in detecting, responding and recovering from various increasingly complex cyber threat.
Husain hopes this achievement will serve as example and motivation for other government agencies to continue improving their cybersecurity standards.
"Cyber threats know no boundaries, so synergy and improving capabilties are key to our shared success," said Husain.
