Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan 4/12 (AntaranewsKalsel) - The government of Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, prepares Rp5 billion fund to build the sub-district office in the former Pembatuan Dalam localization.
"Rp5 billion funds already allocated in the 2017 pure budget to construct Landasan Ulin Sub-district head office," said the Banjarbaru Regional Secretary Said Abdullah here on Sunday.
He said the fund to finance the construction of the sub-district office in the former location of prostitution at Ahmad Jalan Yani Km 28 has been approved by local legislative council (DPRD).
The sub-district office put side by side with the sectors police headquarters (mapolsek) and the rayon military command headquarters (makoramil) which also will be built at the same location.
"However, the construction of mapolsek submitted to the police and makoramil to the military, because the local government is only preparing the land for the sub-district office to be built on site," he said.
According to the secretary, if the process runs well then the construction can be implemented starting in March 2017 and scheduled for completion before the end of the year.
"The auction scheduled in January 2017. If the process smooth the construction can be implemented in March and completion is targeted by year end," he said.
According to him, the current land acquisition in the former localization has reached agreement and all land owners willing to sell their assets to the municipality to build public facilities.
