South Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Insp.Gen Yazid Fanani appreciated the use of ESWL in this police hospital. This technology is very good and surely a lot of demand," he pointed out as he inaugurated the new facility.
"The Bhayangkara Hoegeng Imam Santoso Banjarmasin Hospital is continued to be improved with the hope it would be a referral and can be relied on by the public, because of it excellent service and high-tech medical facilities," said the Chief of Police accompanied by Deputy Chief Brig.Gen. Aneka Pristafuddin to reporters after the ianuguration.
In addition is a more representative room for eye surgery which is equipped with a sophisticated equipment.
The police hospital has also a vey comfortable Medical Check up (MCU) room for patient to undergo a throughly health check-up, complete with a variety of specialist doctors who are ready to take immediate action if the examination results indicate illness or disorder.

Yazid remarked that health service is part of National Police's duty in addition to providing security and law enforcement.
He expected the Bhayangkara Hospital coul provide an excellent health service for the police family and the public.
