Kandangan, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The District Secretary of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) H Muhammad Noor opened the dissemination of HSS Regent Regulation (Perbup) No.64 Year 2019 concerning integrative holistic early childhood education (PAUD) with one year pre-elementary school (SD) education.
"This is the result of collaboration between Directorate of Early Childhood Education (PUAD) and Community Education (Dikmas) of the Ministry of Education and Culture with HSS Education Agency," he remarked at the dissemination at the Arts Building, Kandangan, Monday (Dec 23, 2019).
The socialization of perbup, he said, became a mean of information for all parties involved, to gain a complete understanding of the development of integrative holistic education with one year PAUD before elemtary school.
This is in line with the vision of development of HSS District, which is to improve the quality of human resources through quality education, characterized, morality, and noble character, as one of the pillar of development that is aspired together.

Head of HSS Education Agency Nordiansyah said the dissemination presented a sourceperson Yuliati Rosita from the Directorate of PAUD and Dikmas.
The integrativeholistic PAUD was explained as a complete handling of early childhood, which covers nutrition and helath service, education and care and protection.
"The aim is to optimize all aspects of child development which are carried out in an integrated manner, involving variety of interests, both at the community, local government, and central government," she pointed out.

Also attending the Mother PAUD of HSS Hj. Isnaniah Achmad Fikry, heads of related government working units (SKPD), heads of sub-districts, and chiefs of villages.
