Banjarbaru, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Regent of Tanah Laut H Sukamta received the 2020 budget execution lists (DIPA) with the amount of Rp1.3 trillion from the Governor H Sahbirin Noor at the KH Idham Chalid Hall, Governor Office, Banjarbaru, Wednesday (Nov 27, 2019).
At the same time, his government received some awards, namely the third best in the management of special allocation fund (DAK) for physical and village fund, and the second best in managing mirocredit in 2019.
H Sukamta recognized, the award in managing DAK and village fundwas the result of good coordination with the Pelaihari State Treasury Service Office (KPPN), all heads of working units (SKPD), and DAK managers.
“Thus DAK in Tanah Laut runs smoothly and Insya Allah (God Willing) we will complete it obsorption to 90 percent and to be distributed as a whole,” he pointed out.

As the DIPA has been recceived, the regent hoped, the budget users to immediately process the procurement of goods and service, in order the use of state budget (APBN) to be implemented right away.
He admitted, the activities were previously carried out in the middle of first semester, because they were arranged together with planning.

Meanwhile, Governor H Sahbirin Noor insisted the districts and cities to immediately realize the activities or programs funded by the state budget.
He advised them to pay a close attention and maintain the effectiveness and accountability in the use of state budget. "Improve financial management from planning to accountability so as to prevent misuse, from center regional to the village," he said.
In case of finding difficulties in using the budget, the governor stressed, to not hesitate to ask and the most importanly do not become lazy.
