The theme of the 4th Recitation Week we held is 'Towards Soleh and Muslih Generation' starting from January 10 to 20 tonight,Pamekasan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Representatives of clerics from six countries attended the closing of the 4th International Recitation Week at Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Bata-bata, Panaan Village, Pamekasan, East Java, Sunday (1/20) night.
They come from Malaysia, Singapore, Lebanon, Egypt, Brunei Darussalam, including representatives of scholars from a number of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.
"The theme of the 4th Recitation Week we held is 'Towards Soleh and Muslih Generation' starting from January 10 to 20 tonight," said the boarding school caregiver, RH M Tohir Abdul Hamid.
According to Ra Tohir, the nickname of the young kiai, this recitation week carries seven elements with 28 different study material, covering elements of improvement, education, innovation, motivation, publishing, entertaining and entrepreneurship.
The seven elements are implemented in various different materials and are filled by scientists, experts and professionals in their respective fields.
Among the material are tafsir, writing, supervising education, photography, problematic, the methodology of da'wah, politics, history, and manuscript, the study of Islamic economiy and the economic empowerment of the people, up to agricultural knowledge.
Local and foreign source-person from scholars, academics and practitioners, including experts and professionals.
On the eve of the event, there was also an open examination for students who attended special education in certain fields, such as English, Arabic, German, Islamic Culture History in the Mambaul Ulum.
