"The case is still being developed and members are still bringing the two perpetrators on the ground," said South Kalimantan Police Chief Brigadier General Rachmat Mulyana in Banjarmasin on Friday.
At a press release at the Directorate of General Crime Investigation (Dirreskrimum) Office Friday afternoon, the police chief showed Rp100,000 denominations worth Rp2,890,000,000 and Rp50,000 denominations worth Rp1,500,000,000.
Related to the remaining money, which according to the report of Bank Mandiri totaling Rp10 billion with details of Rp100,000 denomination of Rp6,000,000,000 and Rp50,000 denominations worth Rp4,000,000,000, he said it is still being sought.
"The evidence of money is only found from Brigadier Jumadi, while the suspect Yongki alias Jawa does not exist," he said.
But certainly, said police chief, the search for the remaining evidence of money is a top priority now after the two perpetrators were arrested.
"The team led by Dirreskrimum is still working in the field, we ask for his prayer to finish everything," explained the one-star general.
In addition, officers are also still exploring whether there is an indication of the involvement of the driver of Bank Mandiri named Gugum. Based on the urine test, Gugum was positively used drugs and claimed to have used drugs with Brigadier Jumadi also Yongki.
As is known, Brigadier Jumadi escorted employees of Bank Mandiri Tanjung Branch Atika and Bank Mandiri driver Gugum to take money to Banjarmasin.
