Kotabaru, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Habib Ahmad Al Habsyi in his dakwah safari in Kotabaru District, South Kalimantan, invited the public to stay applying health protocols.
"We should continue to apply health protocols and to always dzikir (chant praising Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala), because dzikir can calm the heart and increase immunity. Hopefully ourselves will be away from Coronavirus and it soon disappear from the earth," he said in his tausiyah at the Al-Hilal Mosque, Tanjung Batu Village, Kelumpang Tengah Sub-district, as reported on Thursday.
In addition to providing tausiyah, Al-Habib Ahmad who came with Komunitas Indonesia Mengaji also brought the Qur'an waqf program to be distributed to residents in remote areas.
"In this program, habib invites the congregation to give their best shadaqah to be able to help fellow Muslims in remote areas who have not the Qur'an," he said.

Meanwhile, in the Al-Qur'an waqf raising from the congregations of the Al Hilal mosque, 1,098 Al-Qur'ans were collected.
Furthermore, tausiyah was carried out at the Al Hidayah Mosque, Pudi Seberang Village, North Kelumpang Sub-district, as many as 700 Al-Qur'ans collected as alm.
The dakwah safari was attended by the Regent's Expert Staff for Economics and Finance, People's Welfare, the Kotabaru Transportation Office, Habaib and community leaders.
