Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Fugitive bank robber in Tanjung, Tabalong District capital, in October 2013, was captured in Banjarmasin, at Jalan Lokasi III, South Banjarmasin on Friday.
Chief of South Banjarmasin Sector Police Kompol Sarjono when confirmed acknowledged the arrest of the fugitive of Bank Mandiri Tanjung robbery in his jurisdiction. Tanjung is 236 km north of Banjarmasin.
"The arrest of a fugitive bank robber was done in combined operation of South Kalimantan mobile detective police (Resmob) and Tabalong criminal detective police (Satreskrim)," he said.
It was Tukimin alias Edok (42), resident of Lokasi II, Pemurus Baru Village, Subdistrict of South Banjarmasin, who was arrested allegedly involved on Tabalong bank robbery."He was paralyzed with bullet to prevent his escape," he said.
It turns out that in the run, Tukimin committed other crimes, ie theft. "His action was with Muhammad Dong aka Madong (34), citizens of Kelayan A Gang Sadar, South Banjarmasin. And already caught anyway," he said.
