Batulicin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Tanah Bumbu District's dr H Andi Abdurahman Noor Hospital received two ventilators from Adaro Group.
A representative of the company, Nurbaharuddin, accompanied by PT Saptaindra Sejati Project Manager Teguh, handed over the device to the Director of dr H Andi Abdurahman Noor Hospital dr Syaifullah in Batulicin, Wednesday (July 22, 2020).
“This assistance is to support the Tanah Bumbu district government, especially the hospital, in the handling of COVID-19 patients," said Nurbaharuddin adding that the ventilator is very helpful for COVID-19 patients suffering respiratory problem.
Doctor Syaifullah welcomed the assistance provided by PT Adaro Group, especially companies operating in the Tanah Bumbu.
He hoped, in the future the company and the hospital could establish good cooperation to provide benefit to the people of Tanah Bumbu.
“We are very grateful to PT Adaro Group in Tanah Bumbu, hopefully in the future there will be more cooperation for (the benefit) of the people of Tanah Bumbu,” said Syaifullah.
It should be proud that the ventilator provided was produced by the University of Indonesia (UI) and it is expected that more various type of medical devices to be produced by the youth of the nation.
