The Banjar District Office of Communication, Informatics, Coding and Statistics is preparing to realize the dream to go to Banjar Satu Data through the availability of data according to the needs of the agencies in the district government.
"This step is realized through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in the form of sectoral data collection," said head of the agency Farid Soufian in Banjarbaru, Tuesday.
The purpose of the FGD, with the theme towards Banjar Satu Data, is to increase the commitment to Satu Data Indonesia in accordance with Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 39/2019 concerning Satu Data Indonesia.
Satu Data Indonesia is a system to produce accurate, updated, integrated and accountable data, which is accessible and usable by central and regional governments.
The activities opened by the Head of the South Kalimantan Communication and Informatics Agency Gusti Yanuar Noor Rifai were participated by 49 participants representing all government working organizations (OPD) in the Banjar Government.
According to Farid, efforts to meet the needs of data of agencies require sectoral statistical data. "The data sources used are obtained from censuses, surveys and compilation of administrative products and become the basis of information in the preparation of development planning and implementation," he said.
Provision of sectoral data, he admitted, faced several problems, namely the condition of the data still scattered, data not available, and data not yet available, making it quite difficult to collect.
"Perpres No. 39/2019 is present because one integrated data is needed. One data for regency, provincial to national, it aims to facilitate taking strategic policies or decisions for regional and national development," said Head of E-Government of the South Kalimantan Communication and Informatics Agency Bahrun.
