Banjarmasin Polytechnic (Poliban), South Kalimantan, won two awards from the Ministry of Education and Culture at the 2023 Vocation Education Program Appreciation held in Yogyakarta.
 
Poliban Director Joni Riadi here on Saturday said that the college won the second place at the "Implementation of Tridarma (three principles of higher education) Through vocation Education Academic Program" in the category of providing the best support  for Professional Certificate Institutions (LSP-P1).

It also won the third place for the category of LSP-P1 with the best management.
 
He said the awards were a form of appreciation given by Directorate of Academic Vocational Higher Education of the Ministry of Education to Poliban, for its dedication and contribution as a higher education for providing vocational education programs.
 
Joni was very grateful  for winning these two national achievements as a result of everyone on the Poliban campus.

He expressed shared commitment to enhance achievements next year, so that education in Poliban becomes more advanced, creating more reliable human resources, ready to compete in the world of work and industry.
 
"We must continue to do our best to improve the quality of education," he said.
