Adaro Group handed over two units of pneumatic system-based local transport ventilators (COVENT-20) to the North Hulu Sungai (HSU) District's Pambalah Batung Hospital in Amuntai.
The assistance from PT Saptaindra Sejati Jobsite Adaro Mining Operation (ADMO) was handed over to Chief of HSU Task Force for Acceleration Handling (GTPP) of COVID-19 H Abdul Wahid HK and Director of Pambalah Batung Hospital Dr. Moch Yandi Friyandi here on Friday (July 24, 2020)
Regent of HSU H Abdul Wahid HK was grateful for the umpteenth time the assistance was provided by Adaro Group to the HSU Task Force for handling COVID-19.
"Thank you for the support of PT Adaro Indonesia together with HSU government and GTPP to push down and prevent COVID-19, especially in HSU," he said.
"This assistance is a form of our concern in accelerating the handling of COVID-19 in HSU," said Represented Manager of PT SIS Site Admo/Adaro Services R Wahyu Jati Kusuma, who was accompanied by Rody Ermawan from Yayasan Adaro Bangun Negeri (Adaro Foundation).

Wahid said, HSU has recorded 207 positive COVID-19 cases, as many as 95 people were declared recovered, 11 died, while 101 patients still being treated.
"Hopefully with the aid of ventilator device from Adaro more and more patients to recover," he hoped.
Wahid asserted that the maxium effort had been made b the disrict government together with the task force to cut the chain of COVID-19 transmission in the community.If there are still people who have contracted the virus it more due to lack of discipline in applying health protocol.
Previously Adaro Group had handed over COVENT-20 ventilators to H Damanhuri Hospital in Barabai, Bhayangkara Hospital in Banjarmasin, and dr H Andi Abdurahman Noor Hospital in Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu.
