Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Head of the South Kalimantan Prosecutor's Office Nofarida said drug cases are still dominating the handling of common criminal throughout the State Attorney in South Kalimantan in period of July 2015 to July 2016.
Norfarida here on Friday citing data collected by the province prosecutor's team, that there were 380 cases in the South Kalimantan Prosecutor's Office, while in all-South Kalimantan offices reached 5,675 cases.
The cases consists of 1,240 drug cases, 264 theft cases, 246 gambling cases and 138 child protection cases.
Of the case, she said, most public attention is a narcotics case involving Abdul Haris Als Haris Sinaga Arsad Bin M.Arsad, et al, and Bondi Sanitra Als Bobon alias Bagas Bin (Alm) H. Abdul Sani and colleagues.
Moreover, he added, environment cases in the form of fires involving a few large companies and a murder case in Banjarmasin was also a concern of almost all walks of life.
While special crimes in corruption cases in investigation stage handled by the South Kalimantan Prosecur's are five cases, and plus 31 cases in the District Attorney in all-South Kalimantan.
