Fauzan Ramon supported by 17 sports for KONI chairman candidacy

Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Chairman of the Banjarmasin branch of Indonesia Wrestling Association (PGSI) Dr. H Fauzan Ramon SH MH bagged the support of 17 sports when registering in the candidacy of the chairman of the city's National Sports Committee (KONI), Thursday (12/27).

Accompanied by a number of sports administrators and wrestling athletes, Fauzan visited the KONI Secretariat on Jalan Cempaka V, Central Banjarmasin, Thursday afternoon. Previously, Fauzan prayed Ashr at the Al-Jihad Mosque not far from the KONI office.

"Previously there were 25 sports that supported me, but because there was competition only 17 who remained committed. While the sports not committed were 5. But I am grateful to have fulfilled the minimum support requirements of 15 sports," Fauzan told reporters.

Even though there will be double sports in support, then Fauzan ensures he wins for the signing date, namely March 3, 2018.

"If there are two legs, they must be held legally accountable because the signature is on the stamp," said the man who is known as a famous lawyer.

In addition to Fauzaon, Deputy Mayor of Banjarmasin Hermansyah also ran for the 2018-2022 KONI Banjarmasin candidacy to replace Drs H Djumadri Masrun.
